When starting the SIMPARKING PUZZLE 3×3 parking system no one is allowed to be on the platform. Top platforms can only move up and down while lower platforms move up and down, left and right, which allows quick and easy entry and descent from platform as well as simple and fast access to vehicles.

Some advantages of this system are simple installation, usage and maintenance, large space savings.

 

SIMPARKING PUZZLE 3×3 parking system is suitable for underground parking, above-ground parking as well as combining those two ways. It is intended for indoor and outdoor spaces, private and commercial buildings, private and public parking lots, garages, hotels, malls, etc.

SIMPARKING PUZZLE 3×3 consists of structure, two platforms P0, five platforms P1, two frames K1, three frames K2 and operating system.

Structure is made from galvanized profiles that are fastened with screw joint. Columns are attached to foundation with beams bolted on them. On the first level guide is welded to a beam on which frame K1 runs. Frame K2 is bolted to a beam on the second level.

Drive path is part of structure and it is attached to floor where platform P0 runs on it. In front of every entrance there is a bevel attached to floor.

Platform P0 lies on wheels on the drive path and it runs by electromotor drive with reducer.

Two left wheels, (front side view), are drive wheels while back wheels are leading ones because they have larger flange.

To insure lower rolling on the path, wheels are designed from polyamide material. Part of the platform on which the wheels run is made from ribbed sheet due to prevention from slipping, while the middle part of the platform is covered with galvanized sheet.

Platform P1 is very similar to P0 with a difference of not having the wheels and actuating assembly but is suspended by chains on to frame K1 or frame K2.

Frame K1 is made from UPN profiles mutually joined in frame. Actuating assembly in charge of moving frames as well as lifting assembly for platform P1 that is attached to frame by chain, are both mounted to frame.

Frame K1 and platform P1 run on guide by four wheel assembly. Frame K1 has four centering spikes for platforms on upper limit, boundaries for upper position, microswitches for detecting the position of the platform, and frame that protects vehicle from any damage.

Frame K2 is very similar to K1 with a difference in K2 being mounted on the structure.

Operating system consists of electrical cabinet and operating box.

Operating box is mounted on the entrance part of parking system and has controls such as a call for certain platform and STOP button for shutting down the system in case of danger.

PLC enables automatic preliminary actions needed for platform reaching the right position for entering and exiting the vehicle. When vehicle is entering on platform proper position is controlled by photocells.
